Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Panoramaobjetivo. By accessing and using this platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you do not use our services. Panoramaobjetivo S.A.S. is a company incorporated under the laws of the Argentine Republic, with domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, registered with the General Inspection of Justice under No. 2024-78456321.
Eligibility
To use our platform you must: • Be over 18 years old • Have legal capacity to enter into contracts under Argentine law • Provide truthful and up-to-date information • Not be disqualified from making investments according to CNV regulations • Have a valid CUIL/CUIT and address in Argentina (for residents) or meet foreign investor requirements We reserve the right to verify your identity and reject registrations that do not meet these requirements.
Investment Risks
Investing in real estate projects through crowdlending involves significant risks: • Risk of total or partial loss of invested capital • Liquidity risk: investments cannot be easily sold before maturity • Project risk: delays, cost overruns, or failure of real estate development • Market risk: fluctuations in property values • Regulatory risk: changes in regulations that affect operations Past returns do not guarantee future results. Only invest capital you can afford to lose and consider diversifying your investments.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of Panoramaobjetivo S.A.S. or its content providers and are protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without express written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Panoramaobjetivo acts as a technological intermediary between investors and real estate developers. We do not guarantee: • The success of any project published on the platform • The accuracy of information provided by developers • Continuous and uninterrupted service availability Our liability is limited to the amount actually invested in cases of proven gross negligence on our part. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We conduct due diligence on projects, but the investment decision is the sole responsibility of the user.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them. For users residing outside Argentina, they expressly accept the jurisdiction of Argentine courts and the application of Argentine law.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the platform. We will notify you by email of substantial modifications.
